Penta A Support and Care Services is a dynamic service provider that promotes personalised care, choice and dignity with outcome-based services. We specialise in providing support and care for adults in their own homes (individual home or supported living setting or other accommodation schemes) and communities. We support our clients to achieve outcomes like managing their daily activities, social stimulation, practical tasks and maintaining/regaining their independence. We also offer LD/Autism day services in form of outreach support for people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and dual diagnosis to access their communities to tap into the opportunities therein.

Compliments, feedback and complaints procedure
At Penta-A, we respect service users’ feedback concerning the quality of care we provide, because this helps us to improve our services.  We have an open procedure for managing any concerns and complaints.  We give a copy of our procedure to our clients at start of service.
Managing the quality of our homecare service
The care supervisors on a regular basis check that you are satisfied with the services you receive from us. We share this information with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the body regulating health and social care services in England. The statutory body have responsibility for making sure homecare services meet the requirements of the law and meet fundamental standards of quality and safety.
